After toying around a I bit, I came up with this template based on the 1920 x 1280 suggestion.

Best case to use this on the ThinkPad Tablet would be to align their lines with mine...or with the imagery you're putting in.

Regardless, it will help.  I wish I could do screenshots on my tablet to get it exact.
