However, apparently none of the reboot recovery commands work on the Thinkpad. (Multiple reasons why - could be a kernel thing, could be a recovery thing..) None of them work on mine either - and I CAN get into recovery. So don't take that as a sign that you don't have CWM in, just that yours is acting like mine (and probably everyone else's) at the moment.
I can not root because Mobility Manager is poped during the process (ThinkPadTablet_A310_02_0037_0074_ROW firmware). Is there any method how to root tablet (factory reset and reflashing of firmware does not help)?

If, like me you forgot to use Root Keeper, and updated to OTA 2.5 (e.g., 0089_ROW) then here is the solution to gaining**root**, installing CWR, and generally staying happy: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1471106&page=2
@coyttl.... if you are still having trouble getting back to the original recovery, I simply renamed /etc/install-recovery.sh and then renamed install-recovery.sh.forrecovery which I had saved for this purpose. You can also extract it if lost, from the zip file downloadable from Lenovo. That will then allow you to get any OTAs, including the promised ICS in May-June.Cheers.Sent from my ThinkPad Tablet using Tapatalk

Personally I will be pleasantly surprised if we see it in May.S.Prime
Two peas in a pod, M$Windows and Apple $tore. IT Service Professional. I just want a device to be productive.
