Thanks all. I have tried the manual process and the exploit fails in the thinkpwn code. I need to work with the developer.

ADB is working fine. I have accessed the tablet from my windows 7 machine with ADB and the driver isn't the issue.

No PINs or passwords here. My Tablet displays the Login screen for Configuration Server when the Exploit starts and the tablet stays there.

I'm not having any luck getting my ThinkPad Tablet rooted with this exploit. I have a model 183825U and I get Exploit Failed evenything I try.
Any thoughts??

Well I couldn't get super one click to work. When it got to the step in the process to reboot into bootloader the thinkpad fails to obey
I did try and flash the files from the LePad root zip file but the Think pad stock recovery expects that the zip being flashed is signed .
I'm going to try some of the HTC and mopho magic.
