I'll definitely end up rooting it. Haven't done so far 'cause i'm flooded with work and haven't had the chance to spend time on it.
Looking forward to it!

Ooops, my bad, I meant: "Not enough news from Lenovo". I've been eagerly reading all your post with the new tablets, BFM, thought I'd chip in with a post about the mobile. Didn't mean to sound rude.

Hi guys, I got this one from Lacie: http://www.lacie.com/us/products/product.htm?id=10392It is marketed for large external hardrives, but the tpt will fit it perfectly. It is just about 1cm larger on each side, which is actually great, otherwise there could be an annoying friction between the rubberized material of the tpt and the interior linning. The padding is very resistant, and the exterior neoprenish material really makes it resistant. I highly recommend it.

tss-tss- tsss.
Very sad indeed. Although I honestly believe that innovative companies such as Adobe really deserve gettin' a fair buck for all the great products they came up with, I can't help but feel that they somehow swim against the stream of times. Why keep everything in closed platforms? Isn't Apple enough with that mentality?
Pity, I'm definitely not going with Adobe this time, at least not for now..

Hi y'all.
I was really looking forward for these news apps. They'd really pretty much make my tpt all that i ever dreamed of (tech wise, of course). I might give them a go, and i was really about to buy them (even without the possibility of test driving them for free, which i think is plain arrogant from Adobe..) until i realized that you can't save files locally...What the bleep?!?
I mean, if some of the apps do allow to save .psd files in the cloud for further editing, i would like to use them on my beloved GIMP software (Adobe Photoshop prices aren't just a rip-off, they a freakin' rape!) and as far as i understand, the saved files from the Adobe touch apps will go straight to the cloud (the Adobe Creative Cloud), where the all mighty Adobe decides that i can only edit them in Photoshop.
Is this correct? I mean, am i getting something wrong here?
Sure, one might say "if it doesn't suit you, don't buy it."
That's probably what I'll just do. At least I'll save the 10 bucks app download price just to hit my nose in Adobe's colourful wall.
By the way, GraphicDragon, are you serious about the layers thing? On the website for the Ideas app, layers are stated as a "Top Feature"....

Hey everyone.
It seems that one way or another, getting around battery issues is not as intuitive as one would expect from a 2011 product! Lol
Hey cfdevkev, what about that dock? Are you happy with it? It started shipping in Switzerland, but i still don't know if i should get it. How long does it take to fully charge the TPT's battery?
Do y'all think it is worth the jump? Or rather wait for 3rd party chargers that make use of the docking port?
Thanks!

Hi TPTF! I'm writing from Europe, a happy owner of the TPT 64gb with 3g. I'm glad to see so many people coming together around this tablet. It has been now about 3 weeks since I have it and i must say that (apart from a few glitches here and there) I am really happy with the TPT. It is the first tablet that I own, so anything i can say about it will always be limited to this one sided experience of a total noob. My main remark is: - Love it love it love it love it! Hope y'all agree Read you around in the forum. Hugo
